AssetMark Announces Five Year Credit Facility Extension and Upsize to $500 Million

(AMK) has announced a new Amended and Restated Credit Agreement providing a $500 million Senior Secured Credit Facility, which includes a $375 million revolving facility and a $125 million term loan.
