AMC Networks today filed a preliminary prospectus supplement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), filed as part of an effective shelf registration statement filed with the SEC on Form S-3 under the registration statement, pursuant to which AMC Networks proposes to offer and sell the Senior Notes.
