C3 AI (NYSE:AI), a leading enterprise AI software provider, today announced that Tod Weber has joined C3 AI as Senior Vice President and General Manager of C3 AI Federal Systems. Mr. Weber will lead C3 AI’s Federal Systems group in its mission to bring the benefits of enterprise AI to the United States federal government and associated industries.
Mr. Weber has more than 35 years of experience in the technology sector, having worked across sales, engineering, and management. Before joining C3 AI, Mr. Weber served for more than eight years as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Software AG Government Solutions, a division of Software AG focused on delivering IT solutions to the federal government and associated organizations. Mr. Weber joined Software AG through its acquisition of webMethods in 2007, where he was a Vice President.
Prior to joining webMethods, Mr. Weber was employed by Oracle, where he led much of the company’s efforts related to application sales for the federal civilian market. Mr. Weber has also held positions at Infowave Software, where he was SVP of Global Sales and Marketing, and PTC, where he worked for more than 13 years and successfully built its major account, federal, and global alliance organizations from the ground up. Mr. Weber began his career at General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) as an engineer, where he worked on the aerodynamic design of the F-22 Raptor.
