Dr. Hackett joined the Board of Directors in December 2021. She will serve in a non-executive capacity as AgeX’s Chairperson. Dr. Hackett is the Head of Genomic and Precision Medicine at IQVIA, a world leader in using data, technology, advanced analytics, and expertise to help customers drive healthcare forward. From 2017 to 2020, Dr. Hackett served as Chief Commercial Officer of Genomics England, owned by the Department of Health and Social Care in the United Kingdom. During 2016 and 2017, Dr. Hackett served as Chief Commercial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Precision Medicine Catapult, which was established in the United Kingdom with the goal of developing and commercializing precision medicine. Dr. Hackett holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of New Brunswick.
