In conjunction with the Investor Day, Alliance Entertainment will introduce members of its senior leadership team, provide a business update and brief investors on its key milestone ahead of its proposed business combination with Adara Acquisition Corp. The business combination is expected to close in the fourth quarter, with the combined company anticipated to be listed on the NYSE American under the symbol "AENT".
Alliance Entertainment Chairman Bruce Ogilvie and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Walker and other members of the senior management team will provide an overview of how the Company has grown to generate annualized revenue of $1.4 billion and Adjusted EBITDA of $76 million as of March 31, 2022, employs over 1,200 team members, ships to over 35,000 storefronts and distributes over 485,000 in stock SKUs to the largest retailers in the world.
