NEWMARKET, Ontario, April 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX: BOS) (OTCQX:ABSSF) (the “Company” or “AirBoss”) today announced details regarding its upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), to be held on Thursday, May 9th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT). The Company intends to issue its first quarter 2024 earnings results prior to the Meeting on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024.
The Meeting will be accessible via live webcast or by dialing in to the numbers provided below. This approach will support shareholder participation in the meeting.
