(“Phreesia”) (NYSE: PHR), a leading patient intake management platform, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock (the “Offering”), to be offered by the Company. In addition, the Company expects to grant to the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts.
