Further, while the Company understands that the video indicates contemplation by Mr. Jia of the possibility of serving as co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company subject to appointment by the Company’s Board of Directors, and appreciates his offer of service, at this time the Company’s Board is not considering the appointment of Mr. Jia as co-CEO.
